Get your login
Your manager invites you by email. Logins for staff without an email address are planned for the pilot.
Open the rota
Sign in from your phone's browser. There is no app to download.
Check the week
See the whole team's names and times for each published week, so you know who you're working with.
Watch for emails
When a new week is published, or a change affects your shifts, you'll get an email.

Pay rates, costs and totals are not sent to staff, so they can't show up on your phone. Only owners and admins see them.

Does it cost anything to use?
No. Your workplace sets up and pays for Luna Rota, not you.
What phone do I need?
Any smartphone with a web browser.
Why can't I see next week yet?
Your manager hasn't published it. Weeks stay hidden from staff until they are published, so you never see a half-finished rota.
Can I see what my colleagues are paid?
No, and neither can they see your pay. Staff never receive pay figures.
How do I get my details corrected or deleted?
